Apprenticeships we offer

At Catalyst we believe in investing in the right people to join our Apprenticeship Programme and to grow our own talent.

Apprenticeships are for anyone over the age of 16 and combines working with studying to gain skills and knowledge in a specific role.

Through Catalyst work-based learning programme, apprentices can build and apply knowledge and skills to their role and gain a qualification alongside their day job.

Apprenticeships are delivered through a blended learning approach of virtual and face to face delivery, with support from experienced coaches who will mentor and empower our colleagues to reach their potential.

Throughout the Apprenticeship Programme, apprentices will need to achieve 20% off the job learning to meet the ESFA’s apprenticeships funding rules. This can easily be achieved through a normal day-today working routine which might include:

  • Team meetings to discuss existing or new processes
  • Mandatory training such as Health & Safety, Data Awareness, and Information Security and any e-Learning
  • Practical training such as system training or shadowing another team to learn more about Catalyst
  • Coaching or mentoring to develop skills and knowledge.
