Salary: £14,088 per annum
Contract: 15 months Fixed Term
Hours: 35
Location: Houghton Regis

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will deliver an excellent experience to Catalyst customers every time using a variety of media platforms including email ,web chat and telephone.

  • Do you have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing?
  • Do you have experience of dealing with the public and dealing with challenging customers?
  • Are you able to demonstrate an ability to work with in policies and procedures?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join us on a 15-month Fixed Term basis.

Do you have what it takes?

To succeed in your role as a Customer Service Apprentice you will:

  • Be able to be both assertive and sensitive in a range of situations and to take ownership and responsibility for own actions.
  • Have a good standard of education and numeracy, experience with the Benefits system either personally or in a professional setting
  • Have I.T experience or an ability to use systems will be an advantage .
  • Be able to take enquires both internally and externally on an ad hoc basis
