To gain an apprenticeship at Catalyst you will need to meet all of the entry requirements for the role you are applying for, and get through all stages of the application process below.

Make sure your CV is up to date and applicable to the role you’re applying for.

Apply through the Website

The training provider will contact you and hold an initial screening assessment, this will include checking your eligibility to work in the UK, GCSE grades and more.

We will review and shortlist all candidates with a member of the Learning and Organisational Development and the recruiting Line Manager.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a recorded video interview where you will answer three simple questions to tell us more about yourself and why you’re interested in an apprenticeship with Catalyst.

First stage interview will be held with a member of the Recruitment team, a member of the Learning and Organisational Development team and the recruiting Line Manager.

In some cases, an assessment and second stage interview may apply.

Decision will be made

Whether you’re successful or not you will receive feedback after the interviews are conducted.
