Catalyst recently won a prestigious Business Culture Award for having the best ‘Brand, Purpose and Values’.
The Business Culture Awards celebrate exceptional, forward-thinking organisations across the UK and recognise their commitment and achievements in making their business a great place to work and a trusted and innovative organisation to do business with.
Our winning entry; ‘A new purpose for a new Catalyst – Homes People Love’, detailed all the ways we developed our brand identity and purpose following our merger with Aldwyck Housing Group; including launching and living our new vision and values and being listed in the top 100 of ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For’.
Catalyst’s award application also explained how our social and ethical purpose had prompted us to repay the £280,000 government furlough money we’d claimed and increase the help and support we provided to our customers and our colleagues through Covid-19.
Winning this award shows that our new purpose ‘Homes People Love’; vision, ‘To earn and keep your trust’, and values, to ‘Deliver on promises’ are at the forefront of everything we do as an organisation. And, according to the judges “speaks volumes” about our professionalism and focus in this area.
We’re very pleased to be listed among such notable international winners of the Business Culture Awards for 2020/21 and recognised for living our brand values.
