Polly Gardner

Director of Land, Partnerships and Preconstruction

When did you start your career at Catalyst?

I started my career at Catalyst in 2010 in an entry-level position having previously completed a master’s degree and an internship at a Regional Development Corporation. I have worked my way up since then, starting in development regeneration before moving on to different roles within the organisation.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is when a scheme that started out as an idea or just numbers on a spreadsheet comes to fruition.

What makes Catalyst a great place to work?

Our purpose, people and the opportunity for growth make Catalyst a great place to work. The organisation has a clear sense of purpose that mirrors my values. I work with some great colleagues that I trust, respect, and admire. I have never been bored in my 11 years at Catalyst and have been given numerous opportunities to grow and challenge myself.
