A typical day involves support plan sessions. Support plans are always person-centred and they provide easy steps to help young people achieve their goals.
We contact every young person at our scheme daily to see if they are okay. We’re alert to any safeguarding concerns involving our young people.
We work with our residents to help them manage their needs. This varies from financial support, emotional wellbeing, substance misuse, self harm, and anger management.
We support our residents to manage their rent and budgeting, so we liaise with housing benefit, universal credit, and other benefit departments.
