We encourage a culture of wellbeing and inclusivity and provide a range of health and wellbeing initiatives to meet the varied needs of our colleagues. 

Our ethos is about maintaining wellness and providing the right tools to help you do that both at work and home 

We have developed holistic and accessible support that is established through our five pillars. We recognise that the pillars are not independent of one another and health and wellbeing can be complex. 

Physical wellbeing

We offer a Cycle to Work scheme for all permanent and fixed term colleagues who have successfully completed their probationary period

We run weekly yoga classes over Zoom to boost physical and mental wellbeing
We also hold the Catalyst Cup once a year to give colleagues the chance to test their sporting prowess

Finally, we also have a group of first aiders who work across our offices to make sure our colleagues are safe

Mental wellbeing

We offer a monthly mindfulness session for all colleagues to tune into

We offer an Employee Assistance Programme, providing round-the-clock support, 365 days a year, for work, personal or family issues

We also have a group of Mental Health First Aiders who ensure our colleagues are supported and listened to

Social wellbeing

We offers colleagues two volunteering days every financial year. Colleagues have the chance to volunteer with national or local charities, schools or at community events

Our book club meet once a month and have an interesting and diverse list of books to read

We offer opportunities to take part in charity fundraising activities, such as coffee mornings and quizzes

Financial wellbeing
