We are looking for a Customer Resolution Expert to join us to co-ordinate, resolve and respond to Catalyst customer complaints. You will be part of the team that turns complaint resolution to a great experience for our customers!

Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in your role as a Customer Resolution Expert you will:
- Communicate with empathy and clarity both by phone and in writing.
- Focus on the solutions, demonstrate a can-do attitude, challenge the statu quos and think outside the box to delight the customers where appropriate
- Seek to understand fully your customers’ needs by really listening so that you remove pain points and find the best and fair outcome for the customer
- Demonstrate great team spirit and encourage constructive feedback within the team, be the critical friend at times
- Interpret a range of information, analyse complex data and propose solutions
- Have outstanding verbal, written skills
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
