We are looking a Senior Development Manager who will plan and deliver a supply of new build development in order to achieve the Development Strategy and business objectives within the approved budget, timescales, and design and specification.

- Do you have a successful record of delivering a multi-tenure development programme?
- Do you have detailed understanding of both regeneration and joint venture schemes?
- Do you have solid understanding of development appraisals, in addition to tendering processes and contract negotiations?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in your role as a Senior Development Manager, you will:
- Be able to demonstrate a successful record of delivering residential led development schemes and have substantial experience in a similar role
- Have a high level of project management skills with commercial awareness and the ability to critique and modify financial appraisals and manage costs, quality, timescales and risk
- Have demonstrable understanding with regeneration schemes and experience of delivering mixed-tenure developments.
- Be able to anticipate problems and opportunities, taking the initiative to implement required actions.
- Have excellent communication skills and have experience in tendering and contract negotiation.
- Work with gravitas, courage, maturity and be calm under pressure, building credibility and respect with internal and external stakeholders.
